How the Order Process Works
Borrowing tools is straightforward. Become a member agency, place your order, confirm the details, pick up your tools, and return them when the project wraps. Member agencies must remain in good standing to continue borrowing.
Simple, Transparent Tool Pricing
Tool handling fees are kept as low as possible so more of your budget stays focused on your mission. Below is a summary of standard fees. Download the full pricing sheet for a complete breakdown by tool category.
Tool Handling Fees
Standard handling fees apply to all borrowed tools and are based on the type and quantity of equipment requested. Fees help cover cleaning, maintenance, and inventory management so tools are always ready to use.
Late and Replacement Fees
Tools returned after the agreed-upon date are subject to late fees. Tools that are lost or returned damaged beyond normal wear may incur replacement costs. Keeping tools available for every organization depends on timely, careful returns.
Rush Tool Orders
Need tools on short notice? Rush orders can often be accommodated for an additional fee. Contact us ahead of time whenever possible so we can confirm availability and prepare your order.
Cleaning Fees
Tools should be returned in clean, working condition. Equipment returned excessively dirty or requiring significant cleaning beyond normal use may be subject to a cleaning fee to cover the additional labor involved.
